Roadmap Notes
* Either B1 or B2 must be taken with a B3 - Laboratory .
We urge students completing lower-division GE requirements to take course sequences, such as those offered by African American Studies (AFAM 2A /AFAM 2B ), American Studies (AMS 1A /AMS 1B ), Asian American Studies (AAS 33A /AAS 33B ), Chicana and Chicano Studies (CCS 10A /CCS 10B ), or the Humanities Honors Program (HUM 10 , HUM 11 , HUM 20 , HUM 21 with permission of program coordinator). These sequences allow students to fulfill multiple GE areas while freeing up more elective units.
