BME 135 - Biomedical Engineering Design Methods 2 units Review of FDA-required design methods. Application of engineering drafting and design principles to the development of biomedical devices and manufacturing processes. Use of computer-aided design (CAD) tools to generate 3-D models and 2-D drawings of parts and assemblies. Application tolerances for statistical process control.
