Design, operation, and control of economic production systems using techniques to promote sustainability and minimize environmental impact. Emphasis on the physical design of high-performance manufacturing including production flow, scheduling, work flow, layout of manufacturing plants, and material handling.

Lecture 2 hours/lab 3 hours.

Prerequisite(s): TECH 45, TECH 46, and TECH 115.
