RECL 152 - Non-Profit Leadership & Management 3 units Introduction to the historical and philosophical foundations of the Non-Profit sector. Provides a basic understanding of key issues in managing contemporary nonprofit organizations including: organizational behavior; board development; fund-raising; boundary-spanning skills; and developing leadership skills for social innovation and entrepreneurship.
