ANTH 143 - Culture and Adaptation 3 units Explores the relationship between adaptive human behavior and the environment. Theories of interaction between biology, environment and culture are illustrated by examples of mobile foraging peoples, village sedentary farmers, complex chiefdoms and state-level societies.
