BUS 270C - Financial Modeling and Data Visualization

Presents the practical application of financial management theories and concepts. Emphasis is placed on computer-based modeling and forecasting using MS Excel, machine learning, and other tools to forecast the impact of financial decisions concerning financial statement analysis, capital budgeting, cost of capital, and capital stock allocation. Variety of techniques such as sensitivity and scenario analysis, optimization methods, and regression analysis are used throughout the course.

Prerequisite(s): BUS 270.
