English, Creative Writing Concentration, BA (2022-2023) (AA-T English)

The AA-T English guarantees completion of 60 transferable units and all lower division core GE satisfied. This transfer degree will meet 15 units of lower division English course work required for the BA English at SJSU.
Below is the path to the BA English, Creative Writing concentration degree in 60 semester units with the transfer AA-T English degree:

- Writing Skills Test Taken and Passed
- SJSU Studies Area S in US History. meets US1 and Area S. If US1 met, then elective course 3 units
- SJSU Studies Area V in US and California Government. meets US2, US3 and Area V. If US2, US3 met then a different Area V course. 3 units
- (or approved ENGL elective) 3 units
- 4 units
- #1st semester of Foreign Language or Equivalency through Exam 4 units
2nd Semester (16 units)

- #2nd semester of Foreign Language or Equivalency through Exam 4 units

Roadmap Notes
A minimum of 40 upper division units must be completed for degree. This roadmap is a sample pathway. Check with a major advisor regarding the most appropriate course sequence for you. 60 units minimum will be transferred with this degree, however up to 70 transfer units can be applied to the lower division and lower division free electives if articulated. # Students must choose foreign language courses which are 3-4 semester units each to meet the one year of a foreign language requirement.. **Upper Division Creative Writing concentration courses may be repeated twice. |
