BUS3 155B - Special Topics in Human Resource Management

Analysis and application of the latest economic, technological, global, and workforce trends that impact on how HRM practices are designed. Examples include prevalence of economic pressures, information technology, globalization, changing workplace demographics, and pandemics. Drawing upon theory and concepts, builds students’ skills to stay current with recent developments and increase their relevance in the job market.

Prerequisite(s): COMM 100W or ENGL 100WB or LLD 100WB; BUS3 150; and, BUS3 157 or BUS3 158. Allowed Declared Major: Business Administration/Human Resource Management. Graduating Senior Status.
