Introduction to the expressive culture that emerges from the everyday, lived, and shared experiences within U.S. ethnic Mexican culture. Illustrates the processes by which Chicana/o communities express cultural, political, and cultural identities differently as felt through expressive culture genres, such as music, dance, verbal art and literature, visual arts, and cultural expressions of religion.
