MATE 143 - Principles of Scanning Electron Microscopy 1 units Principles and practice of scanning electron microscopy. Basic theory and skills development of electron microscopy, including electron dispersive spectroscopy. Imaging and compositional analysis of conductive and non-conductive samples.
