BIOL 110 - Biodiversity and Biopolitics

Application of ecological principles to the conservation of biodiversity and the management of ecosystems. Analysis of biological, economic, social and political interrelationships involved in conservation.

Satisfies SJSU Studies R: Earth, Environment, and Sustainability.

Prerequisite(s): Completion of Core General Education and upper division standing are prerequisites to all SJSU studies courses. Completion of, or co-registration in, 100W is strongly recommended.
Grading: Letter Graded

Note(s): Not an elective in the Biological Sciences Department majors.
