JS 143 - Criminal Evidence and Procedure 3 units Origin, development, philosophy and constitutional basis of evidence; administrative and judicial rules and procedures that govern admissibility; examination of judicial decisions interpreting individual rights; exploration of process by which attorneys introduce evidence as proof or exculpation of crime.
