Written Thesis proposal development for research/design, subsequently culminating the MSEE work in EE 299B or EE 297B. Approval of thesis title and abstract by thesis advisor and graduate seminar participation are required.

Prerequisite(s): Classified standing, minimum GPA of 3.0, satisfied GWAR requirement or EE 295 may be taken concurrently.
Grading: Credit/No Credit/Incomplete.
