Written project proposal development for MSEE research/design project, subsequently culminating in EE 297B or EE 299B. Approval of project title and abstract by project advisor and graduate seminar participation required.

Prerequisite(s): Classified Standing, GPA of 3.0, satisfied GWAR requirement or EE 295 may be taken concurrently.
