BIOL 135L - Molecular Cell Biology Lab

Lab experience in nucleic acid and protein purification, enzyme assay, bacterial and mammalian cell culture, immunofluorescence, column chromatography, agarose and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, spectrophotometry, light microscopy, etc.

Lecture 1 hour/Lab 6 hours.

Prerequisite(s): BIOL 135A (with grade of “C” or better), or instructor consent. Must be a declared Biology Major (all).
