NUFS 41 - Quantitative Reasoning in Human Nutrition 3 unit(s) Develop essential quantitative reasoning skills by applying mathematical methods to real-world nutrition problems. Analyze dietary data, interpret health-related information, and solve practical issues using graphs, equations, and data sets. Emphasis is on enhancing quantitative literacy through the lens of nutrition and health outcomes.
