EDCO 251 - College Student Development Theory

Expose students to the field of college student development. Specifically, students will be introduced to theories, processes, and practices of college student development, including factors that impact student success. Course will have a particular emphasis on critical approaches that apply an identity- and power- conscious lens to student learning, growth, and development. Students will learn to apply these concepts and skills to college counseling and advising.
