Fundamental programming constructs: data structures and algorithms, iterations, and functions. Course is intended for students who have no prior programming experience.

Satisfies 2. Mathematical Concepts and Quantitative Reasoning (Formerly Area B4).

Corequisite(s): CS 1022AS is required for Math Enrollment Category M-III and M-IV.
