NUFS 192 - Field Experience in Nutrition and Food Science and Packaging Technology
Practical application of academic principles in nutrition, food science, packaging, dietetics food management, nutrition education, and/or sports nutrition. Repeatable for a maximum of 6 units.
Misc/Lab: Supervision 3 to 18 hours.
Course may be repeated for credit for up to 6 units.
Prerequisite(s): Senior standing in NUFS; instructor consent by end of prior semester.
