METR 163 - Meteorological Instrumentation 3 units Measurement techniques and instruments used in atmospheric and climate sciences, using lecture, laboratory and field work. Students will learn techniques of instrument calibration, deployment, and data acquisition.
Misc/Lab: Lecture 2 hours/lab 3 hours.
Prerequisite(s): METR 60 (or PHYS 2B; CHEM 1A; STAT 95; AND METR 12 or METR 112 for ENVS majors). Corequisite(s): METR 61 (METR majors) Grading: Letter Graded
