The Management Program, offered by the School of Management , prepares graduates for successful and innovative careers. We emphasize fundamental principles underlying high-performance in diverse organizations at the team, company, and industry levels. We teach analytical tools, decision-making processes, and best practices for leading and managing workplaces that are legally compliant, ethical, and financially sustainable. Attention is focused on evidence-based management, competitive strategy, behavioral science, and stakeholder management.

Major-Specific Graduation Requirements
All courses in the Concentration Requirements for Management must be completed with a grade of “C- or better”. The following Preparation for the Major and Required for the Major courses must be completed with a grade of “C or better”: ENGL 2 , MATH 71 , BUS1 20 , BUS2 90 .
