MATH 107B - Explorations in Geometry 3 unit(s) Comprehensive view of elementary geometry primarily for the mathematical preparation of teachers. The computer will be used to investigate two- and three-dimensional patterns, measurement and parallelism. Transformational approach to congruence and similarity. Nature of inductive reasoning and deductive proof.
Prerequisite(s): MATH 106 (with a grade of “C-” or better), or instructor consent. Grading: Letter Graded
