KIN 35C - Advanced Weight Training 1 unit(s) This course is designed for students who have had prior class experience in resistive exercise training. Students who have not taken these classes must demonstrate adequate knowledge of lifting technique, terminology and weight room etiquette.
Satisfies PE: Physical Education.
Prerequisite(s): Intermediate level or its equivalent. Grading: Letter Graded
