EE 165 - Photovoltaic Fabrication/Testing Lab 1 unit(s) Laboratory course covering photovoltaic (solar cell) design, fabrication, and testing. TCAD simulation tools will be used in design. Fabrication processes will include cleaning, surface texturing, deposition, diffusion, metallization, photolithography, etching, and electrical testing.
Misc/Lab: Lab 3 hours.
Prerequisite(s): MATE 25 or MATE 153 with a grade of “C-” or better; or corequisite of MATE 129 . Grading: Letter Graded
