AE 157 - Aerospace Automatic Control Systems Design 3 unit(s) Modeling and analysis of aerospace feedback control systems. Stability analysis, root locus design, and frequency response methods for aerospace vehicles and associated automatic control systems. Nyquist/Bode diagrams. Lead-lag, PID compensator designs for aircraft and spacecraft.
Lecture 2 hours/Lab 3 hours.
Prerequisite(s): “C” or better in MATH 33A , MATH 39 , and AE 138 or graduate standing. Grading: Letter Graded
