Overview

The School of Management offers two concentrations - Management and Human Resource Management. The Management concentration provides students with opportunities to develop technical, interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills to effectively carry out management functions. Graduating with this concentration leads to occupations such as project managers, consultants, and entry level managers. The Human Resource Management concentration focuses on how to maximize the efforts and productivity of employees within organizations. This concentration provides students the opportunity to acquire HR entry-level positions such as HR generalists, recruiters, and compensation analysts.
