MUSC 224C - Supervised Graduate Study - Instrumental Performance 2 unit(s) Individualized, graduate-level instruction in instrumental performance under faculty supervision. Emphasis is placed on technical refinement, artistic interpretation, stylistic awareness, and professional-level preparation for recital and jury performance. Instruction includes direct collaboration with faculty in applied study, ensemble leadership, repertoire development, and performance research. Students are expected to engage in advanced practice, score analysis, and self-directed artistic inquiry aligned with their major instrument. May be repeated for credit.
Activity 2 hours.
May be repeated for up to 8 units.
Prerequisite(s): Graduate standing; Permission of Instructor. Grading: Letter Graded
