ISDA 194 - Professional Experience: Internship

A field-based learning experience designed specifically for BS in Information Science and Data Analytics (BSISDA) students. The internship provides students with practical, hands-on opportunities to apply theories, skills, and tools learned in the program within professional settings such as data analytics teams, technology companies, libraries, archives, and other information-focused organizations. In addition to prerequisites, at least 9 units of BSISDA electives must be completed and must have a minimum GPA 2.0.

Course may be repeated for credit for up to 3 units.

Prerequisite(s): ISDA 100, ISDA 120, ISDA 130, ISDA 140. Open to ISDA students only.
