INFM 294 - Professional Experience: Internships 1-3 unit(s) The Internship course is a field-based learning informatics experience that takes place in an information-based organization which allows the student to obtain work experience while pursuing stated learning outcomes. It is designed to provide the student with the opportunity to test theories and to practice skills learned in the student’s program. A minimum of 15 units (including INFM 200 ) is required before taking an internship. Students must be in good academic standing [3.0 CUM GPA or above and no outstanding incompletes]
Course may be repeated for credit for up to 6 units.
Prerequisite(s): INFM 200 . Grading: CR/NC/I Graduate
