MTED 184X - Student Teaching Phase I

Student teaching in Mathematics Education (Phase I) is designed to provide students with the experiences they need to be successful in Phase II. During the Phase I semester, student teachers work with their mentor teacher in a mathematics classroom one period each day, with additional times set aside each week to confer, debrief, and plan. Student teachers will be at their school site for a minimum of 10 hours per week throughout the semester.

Prerequisite(s): MTED 394
Corequisite(s): MTED 184XS.
Grading: Credit/No Credit
