Explores the spectrum of development and disorders in language and literacy in school-age children and young adults with implications for clinical applications. Systems of support and methods of assessment and intervention in speech and language therapy for school-age children, young adults and their families are reviewed.

Prerequisite(s): MS-SLP major, EDSP 251, EDSP 259, or instructor consent.
