EDSP 254 - Seminar in Aphasia 3 unit(s) Advanced study of neural correlates, characteristics, and evidence-based assessment and rehabilitation of aphasia, including bi/multilingual aphasia and primary progressive aphasia, relevant to the field of speech-language pathology. Focus on current neurolinguistics research and best practices in aphasia care, including culturally responsive service delivery, interprofessional clinical management, and counseling.
Prerequisite(s): MS-SLP major, or instructor consent. Grading: Letter Graded
