EDLD 217A - Equity-Minded Leadership in Higher Education: Practices, Policies, and Pedagogies 3 unit(s) Offers students the opportunity to engage first hand with common problems of practice in higher education. Through exposure to real-world challenges, students will work on developing critical, collaborative, and equity-minded approaches to higher education leadership practices, policies, and pedagogies with local higher education faculty and administrators. The key aims of this exercise include developing leadership skills and improving the equity, access, and success of historically underrepresented students in academia.
