Overview

Students interested in a career in marketing or business analytics can choose from one of two concentrations in the Department of Marketing and Business Analytics. A concentration in Marketing prepares students to pursue a career in a number of different areas such as sales and promotion, marketing management and social media marketing, in just about any sector.

For students interested in quantitative approaches to business decision-making, the Department offers a concentration on Business Analytics. The Department also houses the Bay Area Retailer Leadership Center, through which students can interface with leaders in retail and allied industries.

    SJSU Online

    The mission of SJSU Online is to expand higher education access and degree attainment for learners requiring a fully online degree pathway. These upper division degree completion programs are offered through a special session that requires a separate application process.
