CHAD 261 - Seminar in Early Childhood Curriculum

Advanced understanding of early childhood curriculum and practice, including foundational information; integrated curriculum planning across content areas; family engagement; and assessments of learning and development. Includes the practical application of developmentally appropriate and culturally sustaining practices through student participation in the SJSU Lab Preschool. Students must enroll in a lecture and a lab.

Lecture 2 hours/lab 3 hours.

Grading: Letter graded.
