BIOL 107L - Immunology Laboratory 2 unit(s) The experiments in this beginning immunology laboratory are designed to study both the innate and acquired immune systems. Experimentation into the formation, function and detection of antibodies provides students with skills in basic immunologic techniques. Flow cytometry is used in identification of immune cells as well as functional assays of complement mediated phagocytosis.
Lab 3 hours.
Prerequisite(s): Must be a declared Biology Major (all). Pre/Corequisite(s): BIOL 107 or instructor consent. Grading: Letter Graded
