AS 131B - Leading People and Effective Communication

Utilizes student’s field training experience to take a more in-depth look at leadership. Special emphasis is placed on enhancing communication skills and why that is important as a leader. Students practice these leadership and management techniques in a supervised environment.

Prerequisite(s): AS 1A and AS 1B, AS 2A and AS 2B, or as determined by department chair.
Grading: Letter Graded
