MATH 295E - Mathematics Comprehensive Exam Preparation 3 units Preparation for Mathematics Master’s Comprehensive Examination. Review of topics and representative problems covered by the various parts of the Exam. CR grade assigned when student has passed both parts of the Comprehensive Exam. Successful completion satisfies graduate Culminating Experience requirement.
Prerequisite(s): Approval of Mathematics Graduate Advisor is required. Students must file for Advancement to Candidacy before enrolling. Not open to students electing Thesis/Writing Project option. Grading: Mandatory CR/NC/RP
