MATE 220 - Principles and Applications of Electrochemistry

Applied electrochemical systems, such as fuel cells, batteries, electrolytic plating, electrosynthesis. Environmental degradation in biological and material systems. Modern electrochemical techniques in analytical chemistry, including polargraphy, cyclic voltammetry, coulometric and pulse methods.

Prerequisite(s): MATE 155 (or equivalent) or instructor consent.
