This follow-up course will provide an in-depth look at batteries with a focus on cutting-edge research and development. Topics such as material synthesis techniques, science of electrode fabrication, advanced characterization techniques, battery life degradation mechanisms, design of battery electrodes, thermal management, and state-of-charge and state-of-health measurements will be covered.
