Examines concepts used and management challenges faced in structuring medical product development activity and in strategically managing a portfolio of medical product development projects. Examines industry practices and cases relevant to medical product development.

Prerequisite(s): Admission to MPDM program and completion of BUS 224C, BUS 286 and SMPD 289A.
