The Single Subject Credential in Physical Education is offered by the Department of Teacher Education .

Graduation Writing Assessment Requirement

At SJSU, students must pass the Graduation Writing Assessment Requirement (GWAR) . The requirement is satisfied with EDTE 208 or EDTE 208B in this program.

Elective courses must be selected in consultation with the Graduate Advisor.

Upon completion of the credential requirements, students must have achieved a SJSU Cumulative grade point average of 3.0 in order to be recommended for a credential.
