Do you like to design and innovate? Are you good at math and science? Would you like to help solve problems facing our society? Consider a BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering. These programs are part of the Charles W. Davidson College of Engineering, which is ranked #3 in the nation among public universities that do not offer a doctorate. We place hands-on labs and projects as a priority, and interaction with faculty is substantial. Mechanical engineering students focus on mechanical design, mechatronics, thermal-fluids engineering, or a combination of those areas. Our BS and MS graduates work in industries including product design, sustainable energy, transportation solutions, biomedical devices, aerospace systems, sensor technology, and semiconductor manufacturing. Please visit our website at for more information. The BS Mechanical Engineering program is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET,
