CA 101 - Creative Arts and Wellness

Interdisciplinary course explores the role of the creative arts in promoting psychological, emotional, and physical wellness across diverse populations and settings. Students examine historical and contemporary practices in arts and healing, with attention to cultural, spiritual, and therapeutic contexts. Through lectures, case studies, experiential exercises, and reflective practice, students gain foundational knowledge of how the arts support wellness, resilience, and social connection.
