KIN 33 - Advanced Aerobic Activities 1 units Aerobic activities incorporating high intensity interval training, circuit training, cardio kickboxing, power step, and resistance training. This course is designed to enhance cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength and muscular endurance.
Satisfies PE: Physical Education.
Prerequisite(s): KIN 32 or KIN 34 or instructor consent. Grading: Graded
