Definition of information and information science; constructing information individually and collectively; and emerging information and communications technologies. Concepts, techniques, and tools needed to accomplish various facets of data science practice, including data collection and integration, management, analysis, modeling, and visualization. Data science skills such as product creation, communication, evaluation, presentation, and storytelling.
