Designed to enhance the students’ understanding of leadership issues within the context of higher education organizations. Examines a broad range of leadership theories, concepts, practices, and issues. The course will involve analysis of case studies, engagement in interactive exercises and class discussions, guest speakers, and guest presentations. Encompasses the development of knowledge and skills to educational organizational leadership in higher education, and specifically to develop educational leaders who can create a culture that is conducive to learning for all students and staff.
