ENVS 179A - Fundamentals of GIS for Urban Planning 4 unit(s) Exploration of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) area analysis techniques for spatial information management in local government: planning support systems, needs analysis, envisioning neighborhoods utilizing multiple maps, charts, photos and the Internet.
