Taxonomic relations and classification of ferns, conifers and flowering plants, with practice in their collection and identification. Selected techniques of cytotaxonomy, chemotoxonomy, palynology and numerical taxonomy.

Misc/Lab: Lecture 2 hours/lab 6 hours.

Prerequisite(s): BIOL 113 or BIOL 114 with a grade of “C” or better, or instructor consent.
