BME 65 - Biomedical Applications of Statics 2 units Detailed study of bodies in equilibrium as they apply to biomedical systems. Two-dimensional analysis of human joints and load-bearing implants are explored. Topics include free body diagrams, anthropometric measurements, internal forces, loading types, and stress shielding.
